To strengthen our team at our client's site, we are looking for a Medior to Senior Digital Development lead (m/w/x)!

General information:
The role combines hands-on development with early-phase solution analysis, ensuring that prioritized use cases are translated into scalable, maintainable, and compliant technical solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and AI technologies.

Task description:
- Support the delivery of high-impact digital solutions within Regulatory Affairs, with a primary focus on CMC and non-EU submissions
- Building and delivering of digital solutions
- Analysis and conceptual definition of use cases
- Working closely with business stakeholders, system owners and product leads
- Shape solution concepts, assess technical feasibility and propose implementation approaches before moving into development

Additional information:
- Maximum daily rate € 400.00

- Medior to Senior Development Lead with 5+ years of experience in digital transformation
- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint) and / or other RPA tools
- Strong hands-on expertise in document-centric AI solutions
- Solution analysis
- Concept definition
- Delivery of thin-slice demonstrators
- Experience in designing resilient automations, handling exceptions and working with semi-structured documents
- Intake, prioritization and lightweight governance for RPA/AI initiatives
- Quantifying business benefits such as hours saved and cycle-time reduction
- Confidently operating within enterprise IT, security, and AI platforms
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable automation solutions in collaboration with business SMEs
- Written and spoken fluency in English
- Experience in life sciences and Regulatory Affairs is considered a strong advantage
